Legal Experience

Carla Nasoff brings 23 years of civil trial experience and 35 years of combined experience in healthcare and law.  She has represented plaintiffs, defendants, Fortune 100 clients in areas of healthcare, business, professional liability and a variety of tort cases.

From 2010-2015, Ms. Nasoff served as an independant contracted pro tempore Administrative Law Judge for the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH).   She presided over hundreds of hearings and trials; conducted mediations/settlement conferences; and rendered proposed or final decisions in matters adjudicated by OAH for various state agencies.  These matters included the issuance, renewal, suspension, or revocation of licenses as provided under the Administrative Procedure Act.

She routinely settled cases that parties had no hope of resolving.

Both claimants and respondents would often mutually request her to resolve their disputes based on her knowledge, preparation, creative solutions, patience, tenacity, persistence, and ultimate results.
